Job Description
King Law Offices PC a wellestablished and respected transactional firm seeks a transactional attorney to join our team. We are committed to providing topnotch legal services to our clients and are eager to welcome a highly skilled attorney to help us continue our tradition of excellence.

King Law is a general practice law firm with headquarters located in Western North Carolina and multiple branch locations in North and South Carolina serving the Carolinas since 2002. The firms Big Four practice areas include Family Law Criminal Law Civil Litigation and Estates and Elder Law.
We are a big firm in small towns connecting with clients as a team with a customer service mentality practicing a streamlined process in our Big Four areas.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various transactional matters including but not limited to wills and estates asset protection business plans incorporations & LLCs nonprofit 501 3 and intellectual property litigation
- Attend court mediations and depositions
- Research and prepare case for court
- Case Reviews
- PAG Team Trainings
- Communicate with clients in person by phone virtually and in writing
- Ensure the ultimate client experience
- Current client meetings by providing topquality customer service
- Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
- All other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with a state bar association
- Excellent analytical research and writing skills
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clientcentered focus
- Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus
