As the Production Manager youll be the linchpin of our clients operations reporting directly to the VP of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing daily production operations while driving performance efficiency and collaboration across multiple departments
- Process optimizations overseeing KPIs and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Shaping the future of production operations while fostering a collaborative resultsdriven culture.

What youll need:
- 5 years leadership experience within a production or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in setting and managing KPIs as well as improving production processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Certification or handson experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
