Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment where young learners can develop foundational academic social and emotional skills. This role requires patience creativity and strong communication skills to support each childs individual growth and readiness for elementary education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a safe inclusive and positive classroom environment.
- Teach foundational subjects such as literacy math science and social studies through interactive and handson learning.
- Encourage social and emotional development through structured activities and free play.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing feedback and support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Incorporate technology and creative resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Maintain classroom discipline and implement positive behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers support staff and administrators to ensure student success.
- Participate in professional development and school activities as required.
Work Environment:
- Fulltime position in a school setting.
- Requires standing sitting bending and engaging in activities with children.
- Interaction with students parents and staff on a daily basis.
