The Roles
Front Office Manager
As the Front Office Manager you will lead the daily operations of the front desk driving team performance ensuring smooth checkins and checkouts and delivering Rockstar service. You will be the face of the hotel setting the tone for an energetic and welcoming atmosphere from day one.
Duty Managers
As a Duty Manager youll act as the goto leader during your shift. Youll keep operations running smoothly support the Crew resolve guest issues quickly and thoughtfully and keep the Moxy vibe alive in every corner of the hotel.
Guest Service Agents (Moxy Crew Members)
As a Guest Service Agent youll be at the heart of the action. From welcoming guests and mixing drinks at the bar to creating a buzz in the lobby youll make sure every guest feels like a VIP.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.
Bring energy fun and authenticity to every guest interaction.
Lead (or support) the front office team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Solve problems quickly creatively and with a positive attitude.
Maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment.
Drive loyalty through genuine connections and a true Moxy spirit.
What Were Looking For
Previous hotel experience (Front Office Guest Services or Duty Manager roles).
A proactive handson attitude you love to jump in and make things happen.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
Great communication problemsolving and multitasking skills.
Previous Marriott experience or preopening experience (preferred but not essential).
Confidence to have fun at work while staying professional and guestfocused.
