Salary: Circa 50000
My client is an innovative creative construction company based in East London known for delivering exceptional solutions across film TV commercials events brand experiences and exhibitions. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and of highprofile projects ensuring topquality results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of set builds installations and activations from concept through to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients and design teams to bring projects to life ensuring timely and successful .
- Oversee workshop and onsite construction using strong technical knowledge to guide crews subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are executed to the highest standards maintaining a keen eye for detail and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and reconciliation postevent.
- Maintain clear effective communication with all stakeholders ensuring smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management within film TV events brand experiences or exhibitions.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to interpret and communicate technical drawings and plans.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and thirdparty contractors ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Expertise in health and safety procedures and documentation.
- Ability to make quick informed decisions to keep projects on track.
