About The Team
Clovers Cloud Platform Engineering team is the heart of our engineering ecosystem responsible for building and maintaining scalable distributed and faulttolerant systems that support our mission to provide seamless customercentric experiences across our Point of Sale platform.
What You Will Do
Lead and mentor a team of 68 Platform Engineers spanning Senior to Staff levels
Collaborate with infrastructure quality and release teams to design scalable service platforms
Work closely with application teams to understand requirements and drive platform evolution
Establish technical vision balancing short and longterm goals
Foster a culture of engineering excellence and team empowerment
Scale systems through automation to improve reliability and development velocity
Oversee team projects from inception to completion
Lead blameless postmortems to ensure thorough incident remediation
What You Will Need To Have
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
8 years of industry experience in Software Engineering
2 years of experience in engineering leadership
Strong programming experience in Java Python Go or C
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to manage complex technological ecosystems
What Would Be Great To Have
Largescale service architecture

Salary Range
$142800.00 $240600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
