Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a dynamic team Join Hitachi Energy as a Customer Success Team Lead! In this role youll manage a dedicated team responsible for fulfilling orders and executing contracts for our diverse client base. Youll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) to new heights. How Youll Make an Impact

  • Lead and guide the team in the order entry process improving order accuracy and reducing throughput time.

  • Collaborate with engineering to enhance the drawing management process ensuring timely and quality submissions.

  • Champion the change order management process fostering positive internal relationships.

  • Support manufacturing efforts to maximize revenue by driving down units on shipping hold.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve potential shipping delays.

  • Develop action plans to meet specific customer needs within market segments.

  • Drive down disputed invoices and manage return authorizations and customer concession requests.

  • Embrace and implement lean manufacturing methods to drive continuous improvement.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Minimum five years of experience or a degree in Engineering or Business or related field.

  • Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the USA without future sponsorship.

  • Prior team management experience is beneficial.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.

  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.

  • Basic understanding of project management elements.

  • Experience in customer relations and fostering collaboration across functions.
