Job Summary
Shift: 4th ShiftDays of Work: Friday Saturday and Sunday
Work Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Work Location: Onsite (Mankato MN)
Starting Salary: $23.75 to $26.57 hourly 10 shift differential
Pay Frequency: BiWeekly

Job Description
Wind tape and insulate coils for stators for motors and generators. Prepares insulation as required. Follows methods and procedures as outlined in specifications. Uses hand and power tools as required. Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be completed with accuracy and consistency. Normal supervision. Five thousand 5000 hours experience required to perform work proficiently. Performs other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Requires a general knowledge of coil winding techniques and operations insulating procedures and materials. Vocational or high school graduate; progressive onthejob training.
NOTE: In the Coil/Stator Manufacturing area upon completion of one thousand 1000 hours of training on a CNCdriven machine a Stator Winder Insulator B will be promoted to a Stator Winder Insulator A Grade 4. Department/Cell crossover does not apply.
Must be a sole US citizen.
