Job Description
Immediate Opportunities: Penske Elite Driver Program
Earn $2550 weekly
Includes $350 per diem
Travel required up to 100 percent
One week of home time per month
Hazmat and/or doubles endorsement(s) required with experience
What you will do:
Elite drivers are expected to cover any of our accounts where additional support is needed
Monthly home time
Average 60 hours per week
Provide high levels of customer service as needed during deliveries
Schedule:
5 or 6day work week
Days of the week and dispatch times will vary

Qualifications
Qualifications:
CDL Class A required
Hazmat and/or doubles endorsement(s) required/ experience with endorsement(s) needed. Hazmat doubles/triples experience highly preferred.
Currently hold or ability to obtain a nonexcepted interstate DOT medical card required
1 year of documented tractortrailer experience in the last 3 years required or 2 years of documented tractortrailer experience in the last 5 years
3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
Ability to travel up to 3 weeks at a time monthly
Must be willing and able to drive in snow/winter conditions
Must meet all internal Elite Driver requirements (if applicable)
Recommendation from operations and HR approval to transfer (if applicable) are required
Follow all federal and/or state laws regulations and/or agency rules standards and guidelines
Regular predictable full attendance is an essential function of the job
Work the required schedule work at the specific location required complete Penske employment application submit to a background investigation (to include past employment education and criminal history) and drug screening required.
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safetysensitive by the company and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of others.

The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch handle and feel and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
