Job Summary:The Athletic Intern assists in the daily operations of the Athletic Department. Provides practice coverage for assigned sport. Serve as the onsite liaison for student athletes.
Additional Department Summary:Assists Crimson Tide Hospitality staff with fulfilling assigned sportspecific roles and duties for and premium seating areas at events during multiple sports seasons
Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Sport Management or related field.
Must have valid U.S. drivers license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
Skills and Knowledge:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point).
