Deputy Home Manager Residential Care
16.50 per hour FullTime

Our client a wellestablished and highly regarded residential care service is currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to join their leadership team. This fulltime role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults including those living with dementia within a warm and supportive care environment.

Set in a welcoming and homely setting the service prides itself on delivering personcentred care where residents are treated with dignity compassion and respect every day.

As Deputy Home Manager youll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the daytoday running of the service. This includes leading care teams supporting staff development ensuring high standards of care and playing an active role in care planning and compliance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident caring professional who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about delivering highquality care for older people.

What Were Looking For

  • A Level 3 qualification or higher in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience in a senior care role (e.g. Senior Carer Team Leader or similar)
  • Background in elderly and dementia care is essential
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others
  • Compassionate organised and confident in managing care delivery
