O&M Project Manager Solar

Leap29 has a great opportunity for an O&M Project Manager to lead solar operations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the H&S team to address hazards and resolve audit issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of solar projects ensuring compliance with O&M and EPC contracts.
  • Quickly resolve failures/downtimes with subcontractors to meet project KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates and handle client issues.
  • Assist in creating monthly/yearly O&M reports.
  • Coordinate with regional teams on invoices and contracts.
  • Liaise with grid operators on outages and manage FAC punch lists and certifications.
  • Obtain subcontractor quotes and expand the contractor database.
  • Ensure compliance with Planning Permissions and BMP guidelines.
  • Oversee Spare Parts Management and maintain uptodate project records.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the Solar or BESS industry.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven leadership and clientfacing experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
