JOB SUMMARY: MSI seeks a Client Success Specialist to prospect develop and obtain new and existing business relationships for assigned area of responsibility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Actively prospect and acquire new clients by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for service agreement expansion and renewals.
    • Leverage our Dynamics CRM to track leads opportunities and client interactions ensuring effective sales pipeline management.
    • Utilize our Atlas prospecting tool to identify and qualify highpotential leads maximizing sales efficiency.
    • Meet with our current service agreement customers as designed by the General Manager and Sales Director fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion and renewals.
    • Proactively engage with existing clients to ensure 95 customer retention fostering longterm relationships and maximizing recurring revenue.
    • Negotiate and close service agreements ensuring favorable terms and pricing.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. project management accounting Commercial Sales Advisor) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
    • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends optimize sales strategies and measure performance against targets.
  • Industry Engagement:
    • Actively participate in industry organizations like BOMA and ASHRAE to establish professional networks and stay updated on industry best practices.
    • Leverage industry connections to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze client account activity to identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.
    • Prepare financial reports and projections to support sales forecasting and decisionmaking.
    • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections from clients.
  • Business Development & Marketing:
    • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to generate leads and build brand awareness.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Internal Operations & Support:
    • Evaluate and improve internal processes related to client acquisition and service agreement management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven track record in sales business development or client relationship management preferably in a servicebased industry.
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools is highly desired.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must possess strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced work environment
  • Ethical and discreet
