Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Assistant Manager Process Engineering in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Experience in Handling Process engineer SMT process PTH Process DFM DFA process Handling NPI or New product introduction Process yield improvement Knowledge in process control methods Manufacturing Tools and Fixture development.

  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.

  • Establish and improve process capabilities.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation.

  • Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications delivery and cost expectations.

  • Should have exp in SMTPTH and Assembly process.

  • Work with customers to solve design issues by analysis of DFx

  • Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.

  • Improve throughput in constrained areas.

  • Develop test and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.

  • Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.

  • Lead initiatives to increase throughput reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.

  • Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

  • 12 to 15 Yrs of exp with Qualifications BE ECE EEE E&TC E&I.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • 4 to 7 yrs of Managerial exp requires.

  • Experience in Manufacturing /Engineering industry preferably in electronics.

  • Excellent communication

  • Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook

  • Good Analytical & Logical reasoning

  • Open for night Shift
