Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
- Thoroughly understand design specs and develop verification plans for various designs.
- Create and maintain testbenches test cases and verification environments using industrystandard tools and methodologies.
- Perform functional regression and performance testing to ensure design correctness and robustness.
- Test bench Development in System Verilog targeting complete functionality coverage.
- Support of System Verilog assertion and coveragedriven methodology
- Run directed and constrainedrandom verification tests.
- Think through design corner cases and be able to write relevant cover points.
- Collaborate with digital design team to debug test cases and deliver functionally accurate designs.
- Close coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress towards tapeout.
- Technical support to internal and external model users
- Collaboration with Application engineers on design datasheet and model requirements
- Document verification processes results and methodologies for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior verification engineers sharing best practices and knowledge.
Education Requirement & eligibility:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in digital design verification.
- Proficiency in verification languages such as SystemVerilog UVM and VHDL.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with industrystandard verification tools (e.g. Cadence Synopsys Mentor Graphics).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with formal verification techniques.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python Perl or TCL.
- Familiarity with FPGA and ASIC design flows.
- Experience in lowpower design verification.
