Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tableau/BI Developer with strong expertise in business intelligence data modeling and enterprise reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have 1015 years of experience in BI analytics and be adept at delivering datadriven solutions in a collaborative team environment.
Job requirements
MustHaves:
1015 years of experience in BI reporting analytics and dashboard development
Expertlevel Tableau skills
Strong SQL and experience with largescale data warehouses
Proficiency in data modeling concepts including star schema fact/dimension tables and slowly changing dimensions (SCDs)
Handson experience with Snowflake or a similar data lake/data warehouse platform
Experience working with at least one of the following BI tools:
Qlik
Power BI
Cognos
Business Objects
MicroStrategy
Understanding of ETL processes to support reporting and data extraction
Ability to work in onsite team environments and coordinate with nearshore/offshore teams
NicetoHaves:
Exposure to ThoughtSpot
Familiarity with data governance or data quality frameworks
Experience supporting financial services or insurance clients
Prior experience in agile development environments
Excellent communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
