Our client a leader in health insurance sales is seeking motivated Health Insurance Sales Agents to expand their successful operation. Location: Boca Raton FL (Approximate area exact location provided upon application)
Shift Hours: 10 AM 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Close deals with efficiency and a positive attitude.
- Meet and exceed sales targets primarily handling inbound calls.
- Adhere to all standard under65 (U65 health insurance sales requirements.
- Show up daily with enthusiasm and professionalism contributing to a supportive office culture.
Requirements:
- Telemarketing or telesales experience is a plus.
- Experienced under65 (U65 health insurance agents are highly preferred and favored.
- Must hold required health insurance licenses.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $500 per week.
- Commission & Bonuses: 25 commission on core sales and 60 on ancillary products. Average weekly earnings range between $800$1500 after training with top producers earning $2000$3000 weekly.
- Experienced Anyone whos currently in the industry we have 35 for core and 70 of ancillaries. 200 bonus at 15 deals.
- Growth Opportunities: Begin with outbound calls during training and transition to 100 inbound live transfers afterward.

About Us:
Our client launched in April and has rapidly grown initially expanding to a team of 20 agents. While the team is currently a focused group of 6 they are actively seeking to expand with an additional 35 agents.
