Job Description

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
Status: Part Time
Schedule: Currently searching for a minimum of 2 days per week coverage or more. Shift starts as early as 5:15A.
Summary:
The AM Restaurant Cook will help run the kitchen be part of the TEAM and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and run shifts as lead
- Prepare special meals or substitute items
- Prepare all food for Breakfast Buffet to Hilton Brand standards cook to order menu & daily specials as assigned by General Manager
- Ensure proper portion arrangement and food garnish.
- Maintain food logs inventories waste etc.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
- Communicate effectively during busy periods.
- Inform GM/AGM of excess food items for use in daily specials.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
- Assist management in hiring training scheduling evaluating counseling disciplining and motivating and coaching employees
Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant experience required
