Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour

Status: Part Time

Schedule: Currently searching for a minimum of 2 days per week coverage or more. Shift starts as early as 5:15A.


Summary:

The AM Restaurant Cook will help run the kitchen be part of the TEAM and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and run shifts as lead
  • Prepare special meals or substitute items
  • Prepare all food for Breakfast Buffet to Hilton Brand standards cook to order menu & daily specials as assigned by General Manager
  • Ensure proper portion arrangement and food garnish.
  • Maintain food logs inventories waste etc.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
  • Communicate effectively during busy periods.
  • Inform GM/AGM of excess food items for use in daily specials.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
  • Assist management in hiring training scheduling evaluating counseling disciplining and motivating and coaching employees
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of restaurant experience required
