Job Description
Our Surgical Technologists are there to prepare for a patients arrival and stay in the operating room to ensure their best possible outcome. Youll prepare operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures and inventory surgical materials and tools to assure patient safety all while working closely with physicians CRNAs registered nurses and other surgical personnel in delivering quality patient care.
Schedule:
- Fulltime 4654 hours per two week pay period 6:30 a.m. 6 p.m. Shifts
- Every 6th8th weekend Weekday weekend and holiday call rotation with 35minute response time
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $30.04 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
- Pay range: $28.76$43.14 per hour

Our Teams:
Within our Surgery department you will work on one of six specialized teams. This position will be a part of our Team 4: Neurosurgert ENT Dental and Pain. During the orientation process you will cross train to all teams so you are familiar with each.
- Team 1: Urology GYN Ophthalmology
- Team 2: Orthopedics Podiatry
- Team 3: General Bariatric Plastics Trauma
- Team 4: Neurosurgery ENT Dental Pain
- Team 5: Cardiac Vascular
- Team 6: Endovascular
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist programrequired.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required (can be obtained upon hire)
- Certification as a Surgical Technologistpreferred.
To be eligible for the hiring bonusyou must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation Assistance Eligibility:Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromSt. Cloud Hospital andrelocate to within 30 miles of it.
