Konik is partnering with an integrated architectural engineering and design firm seeking to hire an Architectural Studio Director for their corporatecommercial sector. This role blends strong architectural project management with leadership and business development responsibilities. Youll play a key role in maintaining client relationships mentoring team members and delivering highquality design solutions across various project types within corporate commercial faithbased private education industrial and retail sectors.
Architectural Studio Director Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple architectural projects through all phases serving as the primary client liaison.
- Direct and coordinate project teams to meet design budget and scheduling goals.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to project staff ensuring highquality deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
- Represent the firm in business development efforts and guide sector growth through strategic planning.
- Oversee budgets staffing and schedules across sector projects.
Architectural Studio Director Qualifications:
- Professional or Masters degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect required
- Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience preferably in corporate workplace and commercial areas
- Previous experience performing in all phases of a project
- Strong communication client relationship and management skills
- Previous experience managing and directing a team
- Microsoft Office Suite Revit and Bluebeam experience.
- A strategic thinker with creativity foresight and a passion for impactful architecture
