THE POSITION
We are looking for cooks for a newly opened hotel in Barcelona part of a leading company in the hotel industry. We have three dining outlets. We need someone eager to start a new project who is committed passionate and looking for professional growth.
Job requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of restaurant operations in hotels.
Experience in la carte menu and banquet preparation.
Knowledge of HACCP implementation.
