Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Music lessons across Key Stages 34 (and potentially KS5.
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of musical genres and styles.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Music curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Music.
- TLR opportunities may include leading a key stage directing musical ensembles managing instrumental tuition or developing links with external musical organizations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Music or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Music at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong musical skills including performance experience and theoretical knowledge.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead musical activities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the Music department and school
