About the Role
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced Biology Teacher to join our vibrant school in Birmingham. This fulltime permanent position is perfect for an enthusiastic Biology Teacher looking to inspire students and contribute to the development of the Science Department. Whether you are a newly qualified Biology Teacher or an experienced professional you will have the chance to teach across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 with a focus on delivering engaging Biology lessons.

As a Biology Teacher you will be expected to create stimulating and inclusive lessons that encourage students to develop a deep understanding of biology. You will work within a supportive environment where both ECTs and experienced Biology Teachers can thrive grow and share best practices.

What Were Looking For
We are looking for a Biology Teacher who:

• Holds QTS and a relevant degree in Biology or a closely related field.
• For ECTs: A passion for teaching Biology and a desire to develop your teaching practice.
• For experienced Biology Teachers: A proven track record of success in teaching Biology at Key Stages 3 4 and ideally Key Stage 5.
• A commitment to inspiring students and helping them achieve their full potential in Biology.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to deliver engaging wellstructured lessons.
• A collaborative approach to teaching working well as part of a team of Biology Teachers.
• Enthusiasm for continued professional development and a commitment to growing as a Biology Teacher.
