About the Role:
We re on the lookout for a highperforming versatile Multidisciplinary Designer to join our fastmoving creative team. If youre someone who thrives in a dynamic environment brings bold ideas to the table and delivers stunning visuals across a range of formats we d love to meet you.
As a core creative contributor you ll collaborate across departments to produce brandaligned scrollstopping content that drives engagement elevates brands and supports marketing efforts at scale. You ll work across everything from social media graphics and event collateral to web design and video.
Role Responsibilities:
- Social Media Design: Develop compelling onbrand social media graphics and templates using Figma Illustrator Photoshop or Canva. Build adaptable branding systems that scale across multiple platforms and campaigns.
- Event Design: Create full branding packages for events including signage brochures printready assets and other visual collateral.
- Web Design: Design eyecatching and usercentric marketing websites and landing pages in Figma with attention to UX/UI best practices and conversionfocused layouts.
- Motion & Video: Produce clean engaging video content and basic 3D animations for marketing and digital campaigns.
Requirements What Were Looking For
- Has at least 23 years of experience performing the relevant role
- High Output Fast Turnaround: You move quickly without sacrificing polish or quality.
- Creative Versatility: You re comfortable shifting between formats and styles while maintaining brand integrity.
- Strong Communication Skills: You re responsive clear and collaborative in a remote work environment.
- FeedbackFriendly: You take feedback in stride and iterate with purpose.
- Startup or Agency Experience: You know how to thrive in fastpaced highexpectation teams.
Ideal Degree Certifications or Courses (Optional but valuable):
- Bachelor of Design (BDes) with a major or concentration in Communication Design Digital Media or Multimedia Design
- UX/UI Design Certifications (e.g. Google UX Design General Assembly Springboard)
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop Illustrator or After Effects
- Figma Mastery Courses (offered by platforms like Coursera Udemy or Skillshare)
- Canva Design School Certification
- Motion Design / 3D Animation Courses (e.g. School of Motion Motion Design School)
- Web Design & Development Basics (HTML/CSS courses for context not coding roles)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with branding from scratch
- Knowledge of web development processes (no coding required)
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro After Effects etc.
- Experience creating branded templates for scalability
