An established primary school in Essex is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a fulltime fixedterm basis. This role will begin in Septemberfollowing the halfterm break and will be offered for one year with the potential for the position to extend or become permanent. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly assess student progress providing timely feedback and adapting teaching strategies as necessary to support individual learning.
- Create a stimulating inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and cohesion across the curriculum.
- Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers providing updates on student progress and engaging them in their childs learning journey.

Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching Year 4 or in Key Stage 2 is preferred.
