Job Description
We are seeking a Surgical Technologist for a 13weeks travel/contract assignment in Burlington MA 01805.
Job Details:
- Shift: Day(12 7:00 start
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1728 $1908
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments and equipment sterile drapes and sterile solutions.
- Ensure all equipment functions properly before surgery.
- Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols.
- Count supplies and instruments before and after surgery to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
- Handle specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures.
- Work collaboratively with nurses anesthesiologists and other OR staff.
Requirements:

Certification:
-
National Certification as Surgical Technologist (Required NBSTSA or equivalent)

Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from AHA or Red Cross (Required)

Licensure:

Active Massachusetts Surgical Technologist License (Required)

Experience:
-
Minimum 1 2 years of recent experience in a surgical setting

Experience in Ortho Neuro Transplant and Cardiac surgeries (Required)
