Job Description
We are seeking a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13weeks travel/contract assignment in Beverly MA 01915.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $68 $75/hr
Shift Schedule: Rotating
- Week 1 & 3: Mon Thur 6:30 PM 2:00 AM at BH; Every other Saturday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM 36 hours
- Week 2 & 4: Mon Thur 6:30 PM 2:00 AM at BH; Every other Saturday 7:00 AM 7:30 PM 40 hours
(Repeat schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI exams using GE and Philips MRI systems.
- Position patients correctly and ensure appropriate coil placement.
- Screen patients for safety and contraindications to MRI procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete all documentation in a timely manner.
- Monitor patients during procedures and respond promptly to patient needs.
- Practice radiation safety and adhere to infection control policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of MRI equipment and exam rooms.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize imaging outcomes.
Requirements:
Education:
-
Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (required).
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent MRI Technologist experience (required)
- Proven experience operating GE and Philips MRI systems.
- Prior travel/contract MRI experience.
Licensure/Certification:
-
ARRT(MR) Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (required).
