Job Description
- Shift: 8hr Days; 8am4:30p)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2880 $3120
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to the treatment plan developed by the Radiation Oncologist.
- Operate radiation equipment such as linear accelerators and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Accurately position patients and adjust equipment to deliver precise doses of radiation.
- Monitor patients during treatment for any adverse reactions and provide appropriate care.
Description / Comment :
- NY LICENSE IS REQUIRED
- One year of radiologic/imaging experience.
- Graduation from an AMAapproved school of Radiologic Technology.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as Radiation Therapy (T)
- Current BCLS certification.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 60mile radius qualify for travel pay.
