Sales Engineers Job Description:
Looking for an experienced and highenergy Person. The primary function of
this role is to accelerate the growth of sales in his sales territories. The
successful candidate will be energetic persuasive and well organized and
able to demonstrate the ability to sell.
He should be able to Define and execute appropriate sales strategies;
business development marketing and also should be a technical always
ready for training and sales support programs to maximize sales and
profitability for his branch.
You will be responsible for:
1. Sales in your assign territories:
Ensuring maximum performance as per decided targets for your
territories and amp;amp; branch.
Responsible for meeting sales target and will report to Branch.
Coordinate with HO central sales team as well as manufacturing team
for new developments deliveries and amp;amp; customer support.
2. Personal Sales Master:
As our product is the most expensive in India you should have
ability to convince customer on technical ground and amp;amp; sell at the
highest price in India.
Constant business development by Marketing Campaign
Conferences Taking part in Seminars/Webinars as well as
Exhibitions at your branch with the help of Branch Head.
Adding new customers finding customer needs and amp;amp; offering solutions
with our technology and amp;amp; product. Also planning and executing
customer visits.
3. project and Customer Support Manager:
To get timely completion of turnkey installation of system as well as
big projects. Also providing after sales service and amp;amp; support efficiently
to close customer complaint within the shortest possible shortest
time.
4. Partnership and amp;amp; Affiliation Creator:
Supporting Baranch head by Collaborating with OEMs (Machine
manufacturer) and amp;amp; Mold makers for direct selling and amp;amp; indirect promoting
our products.
Regular Connection and amp;amp; liaison with Raw material suppliers in your
branch to get Market updates and amp;amp; promote business.
5. System Implementer:
Manage and implement the sales forecasting planning and buyer
driven sales processes.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual
sales Target for your Territories.
Analyze pipeline and lead data forecast and amp;amp; trend conversion rates win
/ lost order analyses competitors activities etc. and amp;amp; its periodic reporting
to the Branch Head.
Determine strategic planning related to sales of new products for
region.
Account Manager:
Act as account manager for your expenses sales and service
engineers expenses for your territories and clearing timely customer
outstanding against sales of goods as well as service and amp;amp; spares.
