This includes providing legal advice ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations drafting and reviewing legal documents and representing the company in legal proceedings. The Legal Manager will collaborate with various departments to mitigate legal risks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing Corporate Advisory on Legal Matters for Board/Senior Management.
Managing Legal and Corporate Affairs
Stay informed about changes in legislation and assess their impact on the company
Draft Review and Negotiate all sort of contracts
Maintaining database and uptodate record of legal matters
Drafting legal documents policies SOPs pleadings.
Conducting research and analysis for corporate legal matters
Collaborate with external counsel attend hearings and represent the organization in legal proceedings.
Ensuring all contracts legal documents and templates are uptodate and compliant with statutory laws
Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues
Working in close coordination with the management team to address and mitigate the legal risks associated with the business of the company
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Experience KSAE required

MustHave Technical/Functional Skills:
LLB or LLM from top local or foreign university
