Quality Inn & Suites By The Parks in Kissimmee is seeking a resultsdriven Hotel Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales efforts for our two hotel properties located in Kissimmee and Ocala Florida. This dualproperty role requires a strategic and handson professional who can drive revenue develop strong client relationships and maximize occupancy and rate growth across both locations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for both properties.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities in corporate group government and leisure segments.
- Manage existing client relationships and conduct regular property tours and sales presentations.
- Analyze market trends competitor performance and customer feedback to identify new business strategies.
- Prepare and present weekly monthly and quarterly sales reports to leadership.
- Attend trade shows networking events and local business functions to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with operations and revenue management teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records within hotel sales systems.
- Welcome groups and executive clients at the Properties.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Certification in Hospitality Business or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of hotel sales experience; multiproperty or regional sales experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Central Florida hospitality market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with hotel sales systems.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Kissimmee and Ocala.
