Job Description
A great rehabilitation facility just under an hour from Prescott Valley AZ is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13week contract!
Pay: $5055/hr
Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- 13week travel contract with possibility of extension
- Start date: ASAP
- Schedule: TuesdayFriday 4x10s 7:00 AM6:00 PM)
- Setting: Rehabilitation facility
- Typical patient load of 1718 per day
- Allinclusive W2 rate weekly direct deposit no travel stipend
- The Travel Physical Therapist will diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and improve physical and functional abilities for patients in an outpatient setting
Travel Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current PT license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain
