Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls to schedule patient appointments.
Accurately input patient demographics insurance details and appointment data into our system.
Ensure correct scheduling by understanding exam requirements and imaging modalities.
Maintain professionalism under pressure and problemsolve scheduling conflicts or patient concerns.
Demonstrate excellent computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Communicate effectively with referring physician offices and internal teams.
Support a culture of teamwork accountability and service excellence.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical scheduling or call center environment preferred.
Strong multitasking data entry and customer service skills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Selfmotivated with a positive proactive attitude.
