Job Description
The Surgical Scheduling & Registration Representative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the surgical scheduling process and schedules procedures appropriately and updates system; cancellations addon management time/date changes. This role is also responsible for preregistering patients when necessary; collates and submits information to necessary personnel. In addition this role collaborates with the management team to help develop and adjust work schedules to established unit protocols and/or productivity standards.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2 year / Associates Degree (Preferred)
- Strong Verbal Communications Skills Strong Written Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Basic Computer Skills Excellent Organizational Skills Strong Customer Services Skills Proven Analytical Skills
