Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detailoriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Dallasbased office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data across various systems to ensure the integrity and consistency of our records.
Responsibilities
Input update and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any incompatibilities
Organize and maintain records in both digital and physical formats
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Generate reports and summaries as required by team leads
Communicate with internal departments to verify data accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Basic knowledge of databases or data systems is a plus
