Job Description
Overseeing the successful and delivery of project objectives across the Client engagement.
Developing required project plans including detailed timelines resource allocations milestones forecasts and status reports.
Interpret guidelines from Client and internal stakeholders and make decisions in nonstandard situations.
Managing and communicating risks decisions assumptions issues and dependencies
Managing the communications and expectations of both clients and internal stakeholders and keep them up to date with frequent status update reports and hold them accountable for the due dates
Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration (anticipate identify and actively resolve issues).
Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met.
Proactively assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for crossfunctional teams as required for each project.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborating leading and coaching other project managers
Qualifications :
10 Experience in project management with IT productrelated deliverables collaborating with development and/or data teams
Experience managing large diverse projects and parallel workstreams with external clients
Experience leading and coaching team members
Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
Excellent proactivity and selfstarter skills are required
Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner
Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence is a must
Proven experience in Agile methodologies (e.g.: Scrum Kanban or other) are required.
Knowledge of Waterfall methodologies. PMP certification is desired
Experience leading GenAI ML or Data Engineering projects desired
Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and/or data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks desired
