Role purpose
- Oversee ATL (abovetheline campaign including both traditional and digital communication and contribute to Growth Initiatives by leading the process from the development to implementation of WHAT (offer) WHO (target groups) and HOW (messages touchpoints)
- Lead ATL campaign development and to help organization meets annual sales and market share objectives
- Lead digital CRM/Loyalty program and cowork with customer insight team to enlarge database enrich insights and turn them into applicable commercial strategy.
- Lead all material development process/ regarding abovetheline marketing communication territory.
- Lead media plan investment strategy and evaluation.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing or business administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in marketing management
- Strong knowledge of marketing communications digital marketing and media analysis
- Understanding of business environment and be openminded to learn agricultural business
- Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills
