As a member of the Sales Support team you will work with our Business Development Managers to give our customers the best experience possible. Whether its answering the phone responding to email requests preparing quotes or processing orders you will bring care to everything you do. Key elements of the role include:
- Overseeing the entire order process from quote through to dispatch and invoicing of goods.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Working with BDMs customers and internal teams you will help bring projects to life ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Data entry including database management using company ERP system
Qualifications :
- Experience in an administration customer focused role. Experience within the interiors furniture or specification industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering superior effective customer service.
- High attention to detail accuracy and integrity and experienced with data entry.
- A positive fun and open attitude.
- A problem solver and lateral thinker who takes responsibility for tasks.
