The CIMA team in Saskatoon is looking for a Intermediate Survey Technologist. This role will on diverse projects related in the municipal water and wastewater markets primarily in the Saskatchewan region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and drafting for water/wastewater land development and municipal infrastructure projects
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed engineering drawings and plans including:
- Site plans Grading plans Profiles and crosssections Utility plans Drainage plans and details.
- Perform 3D modeling and surface creation
- Perform Pipe Modeling via Pipe Networks
- Perform drafting reviews.
- Perform survey data processing
- Interaction with senior technologists and engineers within a mentoring environment
Qualifications :
- Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent education at a minimum
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the municipal and/or water and wastewater industries
- Consideration will be given to the applicants demonstrated level of municipal and/or water and wastewater experience
- Active member or eligible to be a member with SASTT
- Proficient knowledge of Civil3D software modern survey techniques Microsoft Office Products Bluebeam Revu
- Strong oral and written communication skills
