We are offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Health & Safety Specialist in an international environment to advise and support the development of Wind and Solar in UK with location in Hexham.
Do you want to shape the future
We are looking for a Health and Safety Specialist with knowlegde of developing Wind Solar & Battery projects to support the safe devolpment of our upcoming Onshore Wind Solar & Battery projects.
You will proactively support the project and procurement management by providing leadership whilst also demonstrating and promoting a responsible attitude towards health and safety.
As the Health & Safety Specialist your role is instrumental in enhancing health and safety practices within our development projects. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to implement the Business Area Wind HSE Management System. Additionally you will drive contractor cooperation and evaluation.
With a focus on continuous improvement you will prioritize targets and influence industry best practices showcasing your expertise in H&S legislation and regulations. Your tasks and responsibilities encompass effective collaboration and adherence to Vattenfalls values and code of conduct.
The Health & Safety Specialist role will also contribute to ensure that Vattenfall and their contractors comply with health & safety legislation Vattenfall standards and customer and site requirements.

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an international organisation
