- Generate Sales & Profit
- Maintaining and improving sales activities in the respective regions.
- Aim and Achieving Company set sales target.
- Provide market updates of relevant industry activities to the reporting manager.
- Stay informed on new product developments to provide appropriate product solutions.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs volume potential and price schedules and develop sales plan to achieve goals of company.
- Represent company at trade association meetings / coatings shows to promote and look for new product source.
- Customer Service
- Manager customer relationship in professional manner and provide excellent before and after sales service.
- Develop coordinators customer service and interpersonal skills to achieve the companys goal.
- Regular visits to all customers (local & export) to keep close touch and build up relationship.
- Organization
- Submit monthly executive sales summary and KPI to the reporting manager.
- Prepare timely presentation for inter departmental sales presentation.
- Plan for timely stocks meeting to submit product forecast and request for stock order keeping in consideration to monthly sold qty.
- To ensure and implement all policies and procedures of ultimate exposure.
Qualifications :
University degree in Business Administration or relevant degree
