Primary Function of Position
The Manager Talent Acquisition Corporate Functions will lead a team of Recruiters focused on finding top talent for our Corporate Functions business to including Human Resources IT Finance Legal and Facilities Real Estate. The Manager of Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions will lead the recruitment process with a heavy emphasis on process sophistication proactive sourcing of passive talent and a deep understanding of the business and the roles the team is recruiting for. As a leader on the talent acquisition team the Manager will also guide and mentor a team of tenured recruiters empowering them to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. The Manager will also be directly responsible for sourcing interviewing and hiring in support of the business.
You will develop a thorough understanding of the essential skills and backgrounds of ideal candidates to ensure successful hires. Additionally you will coach recruiters hiring managers and business partners on best ways to identify top talent.
In collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Business Leadership you will introduce and educate the team on effective screening methods behavioral interview assessments and selection tools to identify the most qualified candidates for interviews.

We provide marketcompetitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications.
