The Analyst Implementation & Change will be a key member in Visas Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visas business. Broad topics may include but are not limited to:
As an Analyst this role will be an individual contributor within the Implementation and Change practice reporting to the Senior Director Strategic Change. This individual will play a critical role in supporting organizational change initiatives by partnering with stakeholders from across the team and broader business. The Analyst will provide versatile support across various highvisibility projects and initiatives ensuring effective communication and seamless implementation of organizational change strategies. This role demands exceptional flexibility strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously making this role an indispensable asset to our team.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 95200.00 to 134600.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
