Your Role
Joining a strong and closeknit Front Office team you will be responsible for:
- Checking guests in and out in an efficient and friendly manner making them feel welcome
- Ensuring guest feedback and requests are managed professionally with guest satisfaction remaining a priority
- Understand Hotel facilities and provide accurate information to our guests
- Liase with other Departments to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell & work towards Departmental and Hotel targets
- Creating memorable moments and outstanding service to our guests
Qualifications :
You have
- A can do attitude and are obsessed with people
- Strong communication skills including adaping your approach to each speacific guest
- Working rights within Australia
- Previous experience with Opera (not essential but beneficial!
- Passion and motivation for the Hospitality industry
