- Be the face of ibis and welcome all of our guests with a smile
- Assist our guests with check in and check out of the hotel
- Assist with Food & Beverage duties when required
- Create special moments for our guests and team members
- Make reservations via phone and online
- Assist with general hotel and guest enquiries
- Attend to incoming calls in a professional and polite manner
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
- Transfer storage and handling of guest luggage and property
- Park and retrieve cars in a safe manner as part of the hotels valet service
- Promotion of our loyalty scheme
Qualifications :
- Ability to work over a seven day roster both morning and evening shifts
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Customer service experience in a similar style role
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Willing to go above and beyond for our guests
- Computer literate with experience in Opera would be advantageous
- A FULL and clean New Zealand drivers license with the ability to drive manual and automatic cars
