What youll do
- Create execute and produce topnotch food with a constant eye on the highest quality standards presentation and flavour.
- Make sure things are running without a hitch orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed our service is smooth as chipotle butter and our food hygiene standards are skyhigh.
- Work with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative everchanging environment where were always looking to make the best food out there.
- Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas.
- Oversee the meetings & events kitchen team working efficiently to maintain the highest quality and standards in line with the company ethos.
- Work with fresh produce in order to create high quality seasonal dishes / canapes / bowl food to support the guests experience across our meeting & events space.
What were looking for

- Previous experience as an Events Chef in a busy bustling environment with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority.
- Experience in meetings & events contract catering or banqueting is ideal.
- A true passion for creativity whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu.
- A natural at leading and managing others you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self.
