The Purchasing Analyst is the support person for the purchasing department addressing the needs required by the various departments as well as providing support to the storehouse.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the quality control of purchases according to the guidelines established by Accor while ensuring the highquality standards required by Fairmont.
- Adjusting weekly price quotes for products with price variations (meat fruit and fish) in the system then informing the department heads involved of the changes.
- Analyzing local suppliers with the potential goal of maintaining a business relationship with them.
- Recording purchase delivery notes.
- Visiting suppliers to monitor quality standards.
- Analyzing daily purchasing requirements for the storehouse.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing.
- Professional knowledge of Windows (Office Outlook Teams etc..
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL.
- Previous experience in Inventory Management is a plus.
- A dynamic can do attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Presents a professional and polished appearance.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Candidate must be a citizen of the European Union or possess a valid work permit for Spain.
