Responsabilits
Grer efficacement les tches quotidiennes pour sassurer que les opportunits progressent vers la finalisation du contrat le plus rapidement possible ; y compris laide la tarification et aux propositions et la coordination avec les membres de lquipe fonctionnelle transversale le cas chant pour assurer une exprience client exceptionnelle (y compris laprsvente le marketing le marketing produit le produit la finance la livraison et la russite client).
Grer efficacement de nombreuses demandes simultanment et dans les dlais impartis ; cela inclut la gestion des attentes et le suivi des s au responsable en temps voulu
Utiliser les rapports pour identifier les bloquants dans le cycle de vente et alerter les vendeurs des opportunits risque
Identifier de manire proactive les opportunits damlioration du processus de vente rsoudre les incohrences et donner un feedback perspicace aux parties prenantes interfonctionnelles dans le but damliorer lefficacit tout au long du cycle de vente
Soutenir les lancements de produits en acqurant une comprhension des nouveaux produits / fonctionnalits tre une ressource de connaissances pour les vendeurs et fournir un feedback opportun lquipe Marketing Produit sur les informations demandes par les vendeurs et les clients
Servir dexpert sur les processus de vente internes et lutilisation du CRM pour guider les vendeurs sur les meilleures pratiques et sassurer le respect de ces dernires.
Qualifications
2 ans dexprience professionnelle dans le domaine de la vente ou des oprations de vente dtenir un baccalaurat souhait
Capacit dmontre penser stratgiquement en identifiant les problmes et en mettant en uvre des solutions tactiques efficaces
tre motiv.e avoir le souci du dtail et la capacit prioriser les tches pour sassurer que les objectifs critiques de lentreprise sont atteints
Aptitude tablir de solides relations de travail avec les membres de lquipe dans diffrents dpartements et/ou niveaux de gestion
Capacit grer plusieurs projets simultanment tout en respectant les dlais
Comprhension du cycle de vente et des contextes difficiles communs rencontrs par les vendeurs avec un dsir dapporter des amliorations
Exprience dans llaboration et/ou lutilisation de rapports de performance des ventes dans un CRM PowerBI ou un logiciel similaire
Excellentes comptences crites verbales et dcoute active

PreSales Enablement Specialist
NielsenIQ is seeking a talented PreSales Enablement Specialist to play a key role in enabling sellers to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business. An ideal candidate is a proactive deadline driven task manager with an eye for process improvement. Must be passionate about ensuring a positive customer experience and understand how to personalize messaging to ensure buyers have the right information at the right time to make decisions quickly and confidently. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with excellent communication active listening and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Effectively manage daytoday tasks to ensure opportunities progress to close won as quickly as possible; including assisting with pricing and proposals and coordinating with cross functional team members as applicable to ensure a stellar customer experience (includes PostSales Marketing Product Marketing Product Finance Delivery and Customer Success).
Effectively manage numerous requests concurrently and on deadline; includes managing expectations and escalating delays to leader in timely manner
Utilize reports to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and alert sellers of atrisk opportunities
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process resolve inconsistencies and give insightful feedback to cross functional stakeholders in an effort to improve efficiency across the sales cycle
Support product releases by gaining an understanding of new products / features serve as a knowledge resource for sellers and provide timely feedback to Product Marketing on information requested by both sellers and clients
Serve as an expert on internal sales processes and CRM utilization to guide sellers on best practices and ensure adherence.
Qualifications
2 years of related work experience in Sales or Sales Operations Bachelors degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to think strategically through identification of problems and implement successful tactical solutions
Selfmotivated with a strong attention to detail and keen ability to prioritize tasks to ensure business critical objectives are met
Skilled at building strong working relationships with team members in varying departments and/or levels of management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Understanding of the sales cycle and common pain points sellers encounter with a desire to drive improvements
Experience building and / or using sales performance reporting in a CRM PowerBI or similar software
Excellent written verbal and active listening skills
Ability to drive productivity working in a remote fast paced environment
