What Youll Do
As a Junior Business Insights Analyst youll learn how to turn raw retail data into meaningful stories about market trends and consumer behavior. Youll become familiar with industryleading tools and metrics and help deliver insight to our clients top manufacturers and distributors of food beverages and personal/home care products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Analyzing retail and shopper data from stores like hypermarkets supermarkets drugstores petrol stations and more.
Creating clientready presentations that bring data to life and help our clients understand whats happening in the market and why.
Collaborating with Sales teams to maximize commercial opportunities and ensure strategic alignment with client goals.
Contributing to team projects sharing ideas and gaining knowledge to support your own development and the teams success.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone who is both analytical and curious but also confident presenting insights and telling compelling datadriven stories.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Interest in consumer products sold in food and drug stores
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced insightdriven environment
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Economics Analytics or a similar field
Any relevant internship or work experience is a plus
