RBCD/LOD Team Leader

• Responsible for Pkg. Operation: RTP Recycle Mgm. KLT Washing Room Mgm. Pkg. Planning. Pkg. Planning. Pkg. RDC Mgm.
• Quality and Cost control
• Commercial Part: Pkg. Bidding Contracting.

Roles and Responsibilities

•  Pkg. Process expert Resp. for Pkg. Flow design and implementation. Kanban Cal. for Line feeding;
•  Pkg. Planning and ensure No Line down caused by Pkg. Impact;
•  Empty management
•  InHouse KLT Washing Room mgm. & Daily leadership Routine
•  Interface to central Purchasing for Pkg. demand bidding.
•  Supplier Management and Optimization.
•  Pkg. Project Management and tracking (Time Cost and SPEC)
•  Pkg. Management Digitalization 

Qualifications :

Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelors degree or above: major in mechanical automotive industry design or similar science and engineering; Major in Package design;
• More than 6 years working experience in related position more than 3 years management experience. Experience in warehousing and logistics management Or In Mechanical Design Engineering TPM is preferred.  
• Experience in Bosch or OEMs is preferred.
• Fluent English speaking

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

• Trained in SAP system logistics management and data analysis;
• Project management mindset and problem solving skills
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and strong ability to withstand pressure;
• Great communication and coordination skills. Networking internal& external good work relationship with crossfunctional suppliers IPN LdP other Bosch plants etc.
